Today ABC Evening News has announced that people on Capitol Hill have known about Mark Foley’s proclivities for at least five years. This information is apparently based upon their having verified the claims of ex-page Matthew Loraditch part of whose on-camera interview was shown during last Friday’s ABC Nightline program and reported here at The Catalyser Journal / Catalyst News. No specific names were mentioned. ABC has also verified that it has in its possession e-mails Foley allegedly sent to at least three more pages. Those e-mails are said also to be too sexually explicit to be read over the air. Speaker of the House, Dennis Hastert, has sent a formal request to the Justice Department to investigate the Foley matter and all persons who might have been involved including members of Congress. The FBI is said already to be investigating Foley himself. More to come shortly… -GWP | Comments
